The Client is 10th largest life insurance company in the US. Client & its subsidiaries protect individuals, businesses and their employees with life, disability, health and dental insurance products, and offer 401(k), mutual fund and annuity investment products, and trust services. Qualsoft will help Client to design the critical business solutions, implement & support them over the period of Contractual Time. Training & Maintenance will be the part of contract. Qualsoft will provide the Insurance Software Applications Development in the various areas of Insurance Operations. It includes:

1. Agency Management
2. Claims Processing
3. Policy Administration
4. Underwriting
5. Customer Relationship Management

Qualsoft will also take the responsibility to develop & implement various software like Sales Force Automation for Insurance, Customer Relationship Management for Insurance, Claim Management Application, Insurance Intranet Portal, Insurance Policy Management System, Insurance Billing Management system, Document Management System for Insurance.

Contract is aimed to help the Client to reduce its efforts on Internal Software Development and will allow putting its focus more on core business. The process of contract involved rigorous credential testing of various Software Development Firms all across the world.
